Bladder is a part of our body to help in disposal of waste from our body. It functions to collect and store urine until it is finally disposed off from our body. The appearance of the cancer in bladder is called bladder cancer.

The bladder cancer is also known as urothelial cell cancer or squamous cancer. There are other types of bladder cancer and sometimes the same kind of bladder cancer might be known by to or more different names too. And sometimes the name of bladder cancer depends on the cells re infected.

The symptoms of bladder are associated with the process of urination. Pain in the bladder or frequent urge for urinating are other symptoms which might indicate bladder cancer. But, not all of these conditions related to the bladder cancer. If you feel these conditions you have to consult it with the doctors, in case to diagnose the cancer in early stages.

The diagnosis of bladder cancer starts with urine tests. The doctor may perform other tests in order to diagnose bladder cancer. X-rays, blood test, intravenous urogram and biopsies could also be used for testing bladder cancer. Like the other types of cancer, catching bladder cancer in early stages can really help in combating this dreaded condition.

The treatment can range from surgery to radiotherapy or chemotherapy. There are a few other treatments for bladder cancer but really it all depends on the type of cancer, the stage of cancer etc.

Alternative Cancer Treatments .There are many therapists that deal with all kinds of clients with all kinds of issues. In their opinion, the most difficult patients to work with are those who have been diagnosed with terminal disease.

When you start looking into alternative medicine, you have probably reached the end of your rope. There is one patient, we will call her Mary, has been diagnosed with lung cancer. Everything that she has tried has failed, and the doctors have given her a year or less to live. She has been looking into alternative cancer treatment.

I find all this alternative lung cancer treatment stuff to be revolting. Of course it is good to keep hope with the dying, but all this alternative cancer treatment seems to just exploit them for profit while giving them no real chance of recovery. I hope that he is right, but I think that this is just wishful thinking. The fact is that, as a doctor, he wants to do everything that he can to make sure that his patients do well. Sometimes he has such a strong desire to believe that it compromises his ability to act as a scientist.
